Our coaching covers wave mechanics, tides, wind conditions, and rip current awareness, enabling you to make smarter positioning choices, improve wave selection, and maximize your time in the water. Surf Levels

Surfing Goals: Experience surfing for the first time, handle the surfboard with confidence, stand up and ride your first waves, and refine your technique in white water.

Mental Goals: Step outside your comfort zone, build self-confidence, grow personally, discover your values and visions, overcome mental blocks, and learn to direct your thoughts.

Challenge: You feel like you want to try a new adventure and break free from routine but haven’t dared to? Are you looking for the courage to rediscover yourself? Are you new to surfing and eager to learn? Or do you want to build confidence while surfing in white water?

First Time Beginner

Surfing Goals: Become more confident in standing up, learn how to turtle-roll, start transitioning from white water into the lineup and start approach green (unbroken) waves. Improve your technique in standing up and riding waves left or right.

Mental Goals: Build trust in your ability to handle the surfboard, overcome initial fear of the unbroken waves, and cultivate patience in the learning process.

Challenge: Are you ready to move from the safety of white water to the challenge of green waves? You’ve gained some basics, but now it’s time to build more consistency and control. It’s time to face the thrill of catching unbroken waves with confidence!

Step-up Beginner

Surfing Goals: Improve your take-off, practice your bottom and top turn, try your first maneuvers, catch more waves with better technique and confidence.

Mental Goals: Overcome fear and panic, build self-confidence and courage, develop mental control to master different ocean conditions.

Challenge: Are you afraid of bigger, steeper waves? You are afraid of wiping out? Do you often pull out of waves at the last second? Struggling to find confidence and comfort in a crowded lineup? You’re ready to level up from the basics and build consistency in your technique.

“Experienced” Beginner

Surfing Goals: Improve your turns, positioning, and wave selection, while better utilizing the potential of the wave. Fine-tune your bottom and top turns and build more control.

Mental Goals: 100% commitment, crystal-clear focus, overcoming fear, confidence in crowded line-ups, and the courage to face bigger waves. Enter the state of flow in your surfing.

Challenge: You’ve been surfing for a while, but you feel stuck and not progressing as fast as you’d like? You want to take your surfing to the next level, surf with more confidence, and gain consistency on bigger waves.

Intermediate

Surfing Goals: Refine and perfect advanced maneuvers like barrels, cutbacks, snaps, and airs. Focus on wave selection, positioning, and using the wave’s potential to the fullest. Improve your technical ability, confidence, and consistency in more challenging surf conditions.

Mental Goals: Enhance focus, refine mental toughness, manage pressure in bigger waves, and improve overall adaptability in the surf. Cultivate the ability to stay calm under pressure and fine-tune your mental game for higher performance.

Challenge: You’re an experienced surfer, but you want to fine-tune your technique, learn new maneuvers, and increase your wave potential. You’ve mastered the basics, but now it’s time to perfect your craft and make your surfing more fluid and dynamic.

Advanced
